Our 5 star concierge service
To provide our 5 star concierge service with personalised, friendly service to all your guests we need to personalise things.
Once dates and the number of guests have been booked in, we would like details of room preferences, dietary requirements, mobility needs etc. to provide the services your guests deserve. The services are personalised for each guest.
We will email you forms to fill in and return.
This allows us to provide a 5 star concierge service, leaving you to concentrate on your guests.
